Dr. Shirvani received her dental education from Azad University Dental School in Tehran and the UCSF School of Dentistry, where she completed the highly competitive International Dentist Program in 2015. She began her career in 2005 in Tehran, working as a dentist for four years.
After practicing in the Bay Area, she served as managing dentist at a private practice in Oakland, helping improve both clinical quality and patient experience. In 2018, she was entrusted to take over a well-established San Francisco practice following Dr. Diane Murakami’s retirement, reflecting their shared commitment to excellence and patient-centered care.

I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Shirvani and her team over the past four years. Her team is very passionate about dental health (ask them their toothpaste recommendations!). I appreciate how she stays on top of the latest tech, from a 3D scanner for fitting a mouth guard to AI assistant that double-checks her analysis of my x-rays.

Dr. Shirvani and her staff are excellent. I had an urgent issue and was fit in immediately. Everyone was professional, warm, and kind. Dr. Shirvani promptly got to the bottom of the issue and i was able to go home comfortably after the procedure. As much as a dental appointment can be enjoyed, i did enjoy my visit.
I think I found my dentist for life! Dr Shirvani went above and beyond on the initial exam and took the time to explain every detail during the consultation. Definitely recommend her services.
